1. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE Wise Sound™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our products after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

2. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED USE You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You shall not upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of our products or the systems of other users.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, features, and functionality of the Wise Sound™ website and products (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are the exclusive property of Wise Sound™ and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION / GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Ohio, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

5. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Like all internet downloads, once downloaded you cannot return them like you can a physical product. Files can easily and instantly be copied, duplicated and distributed. We cannot take your word nor can we obtain proof that you have deleted our download. 

Effective immediately, a $50 Computer Assistance fee will be required UP FRONT for all customers who lack basic computer knowledge who request help from us after a purchase.

We have gone out of our way over the years to provide clear and concise instructions, but a large number of customer base seem to have never downloaded anything from the internet until they purchase from us.

To make up for the time we spend away from making sounds and replying to customer emails to act as a Microsoft or Apple Computer Teacher, this fee is now required upfront before we help you one-on-one.
